Title

Coding with AI

Abstract

LLMs are getting better at being able to help you with coding tasks. This talk will explore some stories about how well LLMs work (and when they don’t), have some live demos of LLMs in the editor to help coding, both local and online, and briefly cover how to get started with your editor (VS Code, XCode, or Emacs).

Speaker Bio

Like the man in black said: “No one of consequence”. Peter Williamson has been programming professionally for 30 years at companies like Boeing, Microsoft, Amazon, and Google. He’s been using C++ for most of that time, and attending NWCPP off and on since the 90’s. He has been known to talk about himself in third person.

Post Meeting Social

Following the official meeting folks are welcome to wander over to the Cofee Haus at the Overlake Red Robin (148th Ave and 24th) to continue chatting until they close the doors!
