How long do your meetings last?

The presentations generally last from 60-90 minutes, but some have been known to run longer.

How many people typically attend your meetings?

We generally have 30-50 C++ professionals attending our meetings.

Why should I become a member?

Membership has its benefits.  As a member of NWCPP, you are entitled to participate in all programs provided by NWCPP partners.  These benefits include discounts on products and services useful to the professional C++ developer.  For more information, visit the Membership page.

How can I become a member?

To become a member, attend a meeting!  A sign-in sheet will be made available at each meeting.  Once your name is on the list, you are a member.  It's that easy!

How many members are there in the NWCPP?

As of January 2004, there are over 360 members in the NWCPP.

When was the NWCPP formed?

The NWCPP was formed in 1999.

How was the NWCPP formed?

Robin Rowe was the original founder of the NWCPP, and has since become a television producer in San Francisco.  In 2000, leadership of the NWCPP was transferred to Mike Moskowitz, Mark Wiseman, and Peter Zarich, who incorporated the entity and expanded its membership base.  In January of 2003, the leadership reins were transferred to David Brownell and Bartosz Milewski became president in July of 2007.
